Returns & Replacements:
- We offer replacement only in case of damaged or defective products.
- Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
- Without unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Minor variations in design or color (as seen in images)
Refunds:
- Refunds are only processed if replacement is not available.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5â7 business days.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 6 Months Warranty on selected products under the following conditions:
- Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover colour fading, polishing, or tarnishing.
- Jewellery colour may change or fade over time due to usage, sweat, water, perfumes, or chemicals.
- Damage due to improper handling, regular wear and tear, or external factors is not covered.
Important:
- No guarantee is provided for colour or polish.
- Warranty claims without valid reason or proof will not be accepted.
We recommend handling jewellery with care and avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain its shine and durability.
